Confirmation Slip & Invoice

We will send your Confirmation Slip and Invoice via email once your reservation has been confirmed. Please print the Confirmation Slip and bring it with you during your trip.

Payment

• Full payment will be collected upon arrival in Pangkalan Bun.
• For payments made by bank transfer, a 30% deposit is required before arrival.

High Season Policy

A surcharge for accommodation only will apply during the high season (July and September) and peak season (December–January).

Cancellation

Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made:

• Within 14 days before arrival during the normal season.
• Within 30 days before arrival during the high season.
• Within 45 days before arrival during the peak season.

The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Early check-out will be charged one night's room rate during the low season and the full room rate during the high and peak seasons.

No refunds will be provided for any unused services.

Travel Documents

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and carrying a valid passport at all times.

All travelers visiting Indonesia must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their intended departure date and must have proof of onward or return travel.

Please read the visa regulations carefully under the General Information section.

Legal Agreement

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any claims or legal actions arising from this agreement shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Terms

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of services, and other uses of this website. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:

• War or threat of war.
• Riots, civil unrest, or industrial disputes.
• Terrorist activities.
• Natural or industrial disasters.
• Government regulations.
• Communication or utility failures.
• Fire.
• Adverse weather conditions.
• River water level changes.
• Labor disputes or disturbances.
• Material shortages or allocation restrictions.
• Technical problems or maintenance affecting transportation.
• Unexpected operational decisions by airlines, including schedule changes.
• Any other unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the Company's control.

Most of our communication is conducted via email. Please ensure your email address is correct. If necessary, we may also contact you by phone.

Flight Reservations & Luggage

If you would like us to arrange your airline tickets, please provide your full name at least one week in advance.

You can fly from Semarang, Surabaya, or Jakarta, with daily flights available.

Most domestic flights within Kalimantan allow up to 20 kg of checked baggage. Larger aircraft may allow baggage up to 35 kg.
